Frequently asked questions

  • How do we get started?

Simply fill in the quick form and we will get back to you quickly with further information and a quote. The pricing is very competitive and more affordable than other amazing race style events. Once you decide to go ahead we will send out an invoice for a 50% deposit to the relevant person so that we can get started.

  • How does it work on the lead up to the event?

Teams and team names are decided before hand – from our experience groups of 4 team members per team works best. You supply us with the team names or we can do that for you. We require the email of 1 x team captain from each team. The team captain will then receive the play link email that contains all of the instructions and meeting locations for the adventure. The team captain then forwards these emails on to their other team members.

  • What about custom content?

As you Immerse yourself in the adventure why not throw in some clues or special memories about who’s birthday it is, or cool facts interlinked to your company and team members. Past events have included videos of the CEO delivering clues on video. Think outside the box – Custom Content is up to you! It’s best if we set up a call to discuss this. Custom content up to a maximum of 10 custom inserts could be: * interesting facts, photos / videos about your company or team members – we can include this on the page after solving the clue * any photos or videos you might want to include – you could for example include a welcome intro message video of the event or somebody reading out the clue (We give you) in a fun way.* Designing the trail such that the adventure finishes at your planned eating place.

  • What happens if our group numbers change?

Don’t worry we are flexible on your team numbers right up until 2 days away from your event. You will only be charged for the final numbers that complete the adventure.

  • How does it work on the day?

The start time is up to you and is flexible. Just simply read the instructions that we send out and head to the start location and click play. There is no need to download any app. You may wish that the teams commence at slightly staggered start times (2-4 minute intervals) so as not to overlap each other.

  • How will we know who is the winner?

You will have your own private leaderboard for the event which you can access afterwards along with any team selfies. All teams score points and their time is recorded. Teams can track the time and points of other teams during the adventure by clicking on the points icon within the web app.

  • Is there a maximum number of players?

No, we have hosted successful corporate team building events of 100+ people before in multiple cities.
